	All our projects were performed in maturity and within the limits of earnmarkings. Couple of prominent works were fulfilled in a maximum undertime in a detailed accordance with clients' request on quality and functionality. Website of Canon company can be a perfect example of a project explicated in short time and at the same time meeting clients' demands in design, functionality and information adequacy. In 4 weeks we developed the structure and design conception, adapted text stuff for the site disposal, completed HTML-encoding and Flash-presentations of Canon products. Overall capacity of the website came to 200 HTML-pages. The main secret of our successfulness remains in the following: we plan development schedule thoroughly, redistribute work within the team in case of works' increasing efficiently and react to all changes without delay in order to find optimal solution. We consider other's mistakes and never repeat mistakes of ours, permanently developing and introducing methods and principles to avoid delays.		The core of every development is adjusted system of project management. We pay attention to every detail, which has to be settled and watched for. The management of that information is essential factor that gives the exact idea of project execution. In order to make the process of cooperation between agency and client easier and to give the access for the necessary information to every person working on project we deliver the project copy, known as "development website". Project manager from the side of the client has access to the website and is able to follow all the changes. Besides of that we introduce our special solution - Intranet-system allowing our managers to redistribute work between the developers quickly and effectively and to track the time expended for every task fulfillment. We consider website successful only in the case of its high-quality and timely completion.
