	Education in Kazakhstan The project of public not governmental charitable organization Fund Soros of Kazakhstan, which works in republic since 1995. The project Bilim was developed with the purpose to grant the operative information on occurring processes in the field of education on a wide spectrum of problems, and also to initiate involving and active participation of the experts in discussion most urgent for development of system of education in Kazakhstan of questions.		Education and science International Academy of Business Soros Foundation Kazakhstan Education in Kazakhstan The development and information support of the project is realized by the order of Ministry of education and science of Republic of Kazakhstan on the basis of the "Memorandum of mutual understanding and cooperation between Fund Soros of Kazakhstan and Ministry of education and science of Kazakhstan from November 2000.
